Returns and Exchanges

Elsa understands that buying clothing online is convenient but it doesn't always give you the chance to try things on and sometimes pieces just don't suit. 

We will happily provide a refund or exchange on any item you return to us within 14 days of purchase. We just ask that you return garments in the condition they were sent to you - unworn, with no odours or marks, original tags attached and in original packing.

Just drop us an email at and notify us of your intended return. We will email you a Returns and Exchange Form to complete and return with your garment. When returning your garment you must also include a copy of your invoice. You are responsible for return postage costs, although we will cover this for faulty items should that regrettably occur. Please consider returning your parcels via registered or express post as we cannot take responsibility for articles lost en route.
